Mr. Sylvain Charuest is a project manager with over 25 years of experience in IT and telecommunications. He has been collaborating over the years with several organizations such as Pioneer, Bombardier, Compaq, FTQ, UPA to name a few.

Mrs. Johanne L'Heureux counts over 30 years of experience in IT. Since the mid 90’s she has been specialized in system management and accumulates certifications like ITIL V3 «Foundation» and ISO 20 000 Consultant to name a few.

Mr. Jerome Poulin is an expert in IT service management and certified ITIL trainer. In addition to that, Mr. Poulin has over 16 years of experience in IT and many certifications (among others, ITIL expert, PMP, COBIT and ISO 20 000 consultant).

Mr. Serge Morin has been IT manager at Desjardins for 11 years. He holds an ITIL V2 and V3 as well as an ISO 20 000 Consultant certification. He is also a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP).

Mr. Claude Gagnon holds the ITIL Expert title. By creating quality IT services in his intervention, Mr. Gagnon helped several organizations unveil great opportunities and increase productivity.
