Description:
Our commercial telecommunications networks, industrial and residential are becoming more efficient and faster and their complexity increases. Therefore, electromagnetic fields have an increasingly important interaction with our structured cabling installations. There is evidence that many of the problems related to structured cabling and performance issues of computer networks and telephone today are often due to absent or non-compliant establishment.
This course has been established to promote understanding of problems related to inadequate establishment aswell as the latest techniques developed to stop these deficient practices. Using various publications put at our disposal such as the electrical code of Quebec, the ANSI TIA / EIA 607 as well as some recommendations of books and organizations such as BICSI, the student will learn about the laws which will be applied to all structured cabling networks.
Target audience:
Network users, electricians, network administrators
Learning objective:
Course duration: 3 Days
Course content:
Note:
Students learn to apply the basic principles of establishment with practical workshops and demonstrations.
