IP fraud ; understanding the concepts

Description

The telecommunications networks represent a target of choice for swindlers. These frauds represent millions of dollars worldwide. However, the struggle movement on the international level against such fraud is well underway.

This course will give you an overview of the perpetrated fraud through business IP networks. You will see the evolution of fraud and its various forms: how fraud aims people, processes and techniques used. Concrete cases of fraud, verified statistics and especially different tracks and solutions to prevent, detect and manage fraud will be presented.

Target audience:

Managers in telephony (technical and non-technical), customer contact centers, networks and security, and members of senior management who question the scope of fraud and possible solutions.
