Telecommunications networks represent a target of choice for swindlers. These frauds represent millions of dollars worldwide. However, more and more actions are now underway, by diverse industries, to counter this global issue.

This course will give you an overview of the perpetrated fraud through business IP networks. You will see the evolution of fraud and its various forms: how fraud aims people, processes and techniques used. Concrete cases of fraud, verified statistics and especially different tracks and solutions to prevent, detect and manage fraud will be presented.
